WARRANTY INFORMATION
We offer a 15-day total warranty on all Aloha Electric Motor Bikes/Scooters that covers parts and labor if the labor is performed in our (or
contract) service facility.

In addition to this warranty, ALL E-BIKES/SCOOTERS ALSO INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL FACTORY WARRANTY (up to 6 months or 1 year for
battery, motor and controller on each individual make and model). Please see the "Manuals" included for the E-Bikes / Scooters you
choose.

WHAT IS COVERED:
Replacement parts that are defective while operated under normal usage, EXCEPT plastic parts, or damage to the engine or any other
parts due to abuse or misuse.  All parts are subject to availability and at the discretion of us. Technical support is available from a
professional motor powered vehicle expert via e-mail and in store.

This warranty is effective only if the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose and the product receives all
necessary maintenance and adjustments. We reserve the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due
to product abuse or misuse. We offer consultation about registration and Honolulu traffic regulation about mopeds, but you are
responsible for conforming to all local legal and safety standards. This warranty extends only to the original customer and is
non-transferable.

Parts and Labor do not cover: neglect, abuse, improper break-in, theft, vandalism, deception, or negligence. All warranties are void if
abuse and improper break in is detected.  Common wear items are not covered under parts warranty, for example, tires, clutch plates,
brakes, light bulbs, rubber covers, seats covers and other plastic parts.

HOW IT WORKS:
If a covered part breaks while the motor powered vehicle is under warranty, you must contact us to file a warranty claim via email or in
store. A customer service representative will instruct you regarding a service or give you instructions on how to ship us the broken
part. If a shipment is required, you must pay for the shipment of the broken part to our service center via UPS, FedEx, or US postal.
When we receive the broken part, we will ship you a replacement part free of charge.

PURCHASING RESPONSIBILITY:
Purchaser understands the nature of riding mopeds and motorcycle riding activities and acknowledges that he or she is qualified to
operate a scooter upon purchase. Person understands they must abide by state laws and be in proper physical condition to ride a
moped scooter and e-bike. Purchaser is also responsible to inspect and insure e-bike or scooter before using it to make sure that the
e-bike or
scooter is safe to use and in riding order.

LICENSING & REGISTRATION:
Customers will pay a onetime registration fee ($15) upon purchase. Upon each sales, a temporary registration is issued and the formal
registration will be mailed to you by the Honolulu County Director of Finance office. The e-bikes or scooters come with a Certificate of
Origin, from the manufacturer. We also provide a Bill of Sale. The e-bike or scooter has an engraved VIN nameplate on the frame.  

All Aloha E-Bikes/Scooters meet federal moped safety standards. For any particular state, however, purchaser is responsible to operate
and register in accordance with your particular state and local laws and ordinances.

You may extend the warranty on your electric E-Bike and Scooters by purchasing a 6-Month Extended Warranty for $99.95, a 12-month
Extended Warranty for $199.95 or a 24-Month Warranty Extension for $399.95. This extended warranty is only available at the time of
purchase and cannot be purchased at a later date.

NOTE: Our customer service staff is able to provide you with repair services after your warranty has expired or on non-warranted parts; however, you
need to pay for the part cost and our $79.95 flat rate for labor, plus round-trip shipping costs to and from our service location, if shipping service
involved.  
In addition, all e-bikes/scooters purchased for rental or other commercial purposes need to have separate service contracts, or pay for
services based on request.
